Principle
"We have tested the many ways we can live with one another without our basic need to be loving and supportive. We have repressed this need for love and support, avoided it, distorted it, and manipulated it. It is now time to return to it, acknowledge it, surrender to it, and enjoy it. We are exhausted by our attempts to run away from it any longer. We are literally calling to each other in the only ways we know, beseeching one another to return to our basic natures. Principle tells us that every unloving act is a call for love and support. This is particularly true of acts that appear to be angry and attacking. It is the key to our return to a life of peace and harmony. We must recognize that apparent anger and aggressiveness is grounded in frustration- based on a long period of forgetting who we are and what we truly wish from one another. It is time for us to hear one another's call and respond. All we need to do is to respond in love, and the caller will acknowledge in appreciation. There is no limit to the ways we can support each other. A relationship based upon principle is one in which we align ourselves with the Universe and, in partnership with it, explore the many ways we can express our love and support for each other." ~ Arnold M. Patent in his Book "Death Taxes and Other Illusions"
